2. Beställning / Orders
När du slutfört din beställning skickas en orderbekräftelse till din e-postadress. Bekräftelsen innehåller information om produkter, pris samt fakturerings- och leveransadress. Är något fel i orderbekräftelsen ber vi dig kontakta oss så snart som möjligt.

3. Leverans / Delivery
Normala leveranstider inom Sverige är 7-10 arbetsdagar och 7-20 arbetsdagar utanför Sverige. Beställningar lagda på vardagar skickas 3-5 arbetsdagar efter beställning, och beställningar lagda på helgdagar skickas 3-5 dagar efterföljande vardag. Fraktkostnad tillkommer på alla beställningar. Vid förseningar i leveransen (utan meddelande om längre tid) kontakta oss snarast.

5. Ångerrätt / Returns
Du har 14 dagars lagstadgad ångerrätt enligt svensk lag från den dag du mottagit varan. För att ångra ditt köp, skicka ett mail med namn, adress, e-postadress, ordernummer och vilka varor som returneras. Produkten ska returneras inom 30 dagar från meddelandet. Du ansvarar för returfrakt, leverans och att produkten är väl förpackad i originalförpackning. Vid återbetalning dras kostnaden för returfrakt samt eventuell värdeminskning om produkten är använd eller skadad.
